These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Laravel (“UniTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, browsing the catalog, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What UniTech is
UniTech is a discovery and marketplace platform that helps users find laptops, phones, tablets, and related devices for study, work, and everyday use. We provide search, categories, filters, use-case recommendations, store profiles, and links or pathways to partner retailers (“Stores”). Unless we state otherwise, UniTech is not the seller of products shown in the Service. Stores are independent businesses responsible for their listings, prices, availability, warranties, and fulfilment.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may offer sign-in or verification using a mobile number and one-time codes or passwords. You agree that contact details you provide may be used for security and Service-related messages as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not: scrape or overload our systems; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with other users; post unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content through reviews, support, or any user-submitted feature; or use the Service to violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or harms the platform.
4. Listings, prices, and transactions
Product information (including specifications, images, prices, and stock) is supplied by Stores and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. A visible listing does not guarantee that a Store will complete a sale. Purchases, returns, and support for a device are primarily between you and the Store (and any payment providers they use), subject to that Store’s policies and applicable consumer law.
We may moderate listings for quality and policy compliance; moderation does not constitute an endorsement of a product or Store.
5. Reviews, favorites, and user content
Where the Service allows reviews, favorites, or other submissions, you retain ownership of your content but grant UniTech a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service. You represent that your submissions do not infringe others’ rights and comply with these Terms. We may remove content that violates our policies or the law.
6. Support and communications
In-app or web-based support (including chat) is provided to help you use the Service. Support agents may access information necessary to assist you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not share passwords or payment card details in chat.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including branding, software, and curated content, is owned by UniTech or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Stores retain rights in their own trademarks and materials they upload.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UniTech and its affiliates, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or interactions with Stores. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, in the app). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where UniTech operates its primary business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections in your country of residence.
